Privacy policy
Effective 21 September 2026.
The short version: this website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no browser storage and no forms. The only personal data that exists at all is what your connection unavoidably leaves in a web server log, and what you choose to send us by e-mail.
1. Controller
We have not appointed a data protection officer; we are not required to. Privacy requests are handled by Andrew Bailey at the address above.
2. What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies of any kind, including so-called essential ones.
- It uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
- It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no self-hosted analytics, no page counters.
- It loads no third-party resources at all: no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social buttons, no advertising or conversion pixels. Every file a page needs is served from this domain.
- It performs no fingerprinting and builds no profile of you.
- It has no contact form, no newsletter and no user accounts, so there is nothing to submit.
- It does not sell or share personal data, because it holds none to sell.

3. What is nonetheless processed
3.1 Web server logs
Like every website, this one is delivered by a web server, and the server keeps a technical log of the requests it receives. A log entry can contain your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the HTTP status returned, the amount of data sent, and the browser identification (user agent) your browser supplies.
- Purpose: keeping the site available and secure, diagnosing faults, and detecting and preventing abuse such as attacks and automated scraping.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our interest in operating a secure and functioning website, which we consider not to be overridden by your interests given the minimal and purely technical nature of the data.
- Retention: log files are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course. We do not use them to analyse the behaviour of visitors, we do not combine them with any other data, and we do not attempt to identify anyone from them.
- Recipients: our hosting provider, acting as a processor on our instructions under Article 28 GDPR.
3.2 E-mail you send us
If you write to info@slovador.online, we necessarily process your e-mail address, your message and anything you choose to put in it.
- Purpose: reading and answering your message, and keeping a record of corrections requested.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; and, where your message concerns a legal request such as a data subject request, compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Retention: for as long as needed to deal with the matter and, where a correction was made, as a record of it; then deleted.
- Recipients: our e-mail provider, as a processor.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data, payment details or passwords. We have no use for them and ordinary e-mail is not a secure channel.
4. What happens when you follow a partner link
A partner link takes you first to an address on this domain and then immediately to the vendor or its affiliate network. We set nothing on your device at any point in that process. Once you arrive, you are on the vendor’s website and their privacy policy applies — they will typically set cookies and may track the visit. We have no control over and no access to that.
Your browser sends the destination a referrer. This site sets the referrer policy to
strict-origin-when-cross-origin, which means the destination learns that you came from
https://slovador.online but not which page you were reading.
From the affiliate network we receive only aggregate statistics: counts of clicks and of completed sales. We do not receive your name, your e-mail address, your payment information or any other personal data about you, and we do not ask for it.
5. Automated decision-making
None. No profiling, no automated individual decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
6. International transfers
Our hosting and e-mail providers process data within the European Economic Area. If any processor were to process data outside the EEA, we would rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time — although this site asks for no consent, because it collects nothing that requires it.
To exercise a right, write to info@slovador.online. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if we need that extension. Be aware that because we hold essentially nothing that identifies you, we may be unable to link a request to any data (Article 11 GDPR); in that case we will say so.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence or place of work. Our lead authority is:

9. Children
This website is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone, regardless of age.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page.
